Celebrating Mike Dauphinee’s Work as a Strengths Coach

You probably haven’t heard of Michael Dauphinee II yet.

But you will.

He’s a rock star strengths coach and humanitarian, with more courage in his pinky finger than I have in my whole body.

A couple weeks ago, I got a message from Facebook that Mike was “marked safe” after a recent overseas explosion. He keeps taking CliftonStrengths to places most of us would never dare visit.

Mike recently asked me to write the foreword to his latest book.

It’s a powerful book; I was deeply moved by the powerful images and stories he shares from his life as a coach.

The book captures many of Mike’s powerful insights into identity, relationships, courage, and generosity. I love Mike, and I’m so grateful he has written this amazing book.

I told Mike I will find a few friends and colleagues and business leaders who know the power of his work and his words, and who can write a 2-3 sentence endorsement or testimonial for him.

If you are a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach or strengths customer who has been impacted by Mike’s work, please let me know.

Either post a comment or message me directly. Thank you so much!
